A Day at the Beach

Good morning and happy Wednesday, Everyone! I just wanted to say a quick hello and share a few images from our day at Scheveningen Beach, one of our all-time favorite beach destinations and the most popular stretch of sand in Holland, between The Hague and the sea. It is a great place for walking, sunning and swimming, as well as surfing, visiting events and enjoying great (sea)food.

Aside from being absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, a big reason why my boys and I like Scheveningen so much are of course the beach pavilions and cosy restaurants and the super comfy beach beds. We’ve been to this place many times before, somehow we always end up visiting the familiar spots like the Bora Bora Club, in my opinion the most exotic beachclub. The brightly coloured chairs and tropical looking interior will quickly make you feel as though you are in the Caribbean.
