Fab Feet Sunday

Especially after a beach vacation and during the harsh, cold winter months my feet feel a bit rough and dry. I prefer to pamper my feet at home, so this is step by step my weekend routine:

There are few things in life that are as relaxing as a good, long foot soak. To keep them soft and clean, I use to soak my feet regulary. I love to add a few  sprigs fresh  rosemary and some bath salts to the water for additional luxury.

After I’ve soaked my feet for ten to fifteen minutes, I give them a good massage with the pumice stone on the rough or dry areas and scrub them gently with a foot  scrub.

Before reapplying new polish, I always make sure I had removed all of the old layers. To prevent broken or ingrown toenails  I use to regularly trim them.

A good, rich in natural oils foot cream is a good investment for baby soft feet because in general, your feet need a thicker cream than the rest of your body, as the skin on your feet is also thicker.

Every woman wants to have beautiful feet. If you want to keep your feet looking their best, you have to take steps to preserve and maintain them. To keep them looking their best all year long  wear good fitting shoes and let your feet breathe.
