Happy Sunday, Everyone! Hope you are all enjoying the weekend! I just wanted to say hi and share a few new images from my last outfit.

When I saw this shaggy  H&M fringe cardigan on the website, I couldn’t check out quick enough! It looks like a million bucks (but only € 15 on the sales!) and has that oversized fit I love.  I think that wool is the perfect fabric to accomplish that cozy effect I was looking for; even more by adding the fringes to the look.

Good morning and happy Monday, Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!  Saying a quick hello and sharing a few images of some of my current obsessions! Jogger pants are cute, flirty, and comfortable. But like all clothing, not everything will match your body type or personal style. So, before you buy a pair, take yourself to a department store to try on a couple of pairs in neutral colors. Pick materials such as leather, satin, or cotton. Heels will add a more stylish flare and will elongate your legs, which is helpful when most jogger pants tend to shorten the wearer.  

 

I fell in love with the vibrant green color of this beautiful Banana Republic bag from the moment I saw it. I realized that bright green adds a nice dose of color to my predominantly black outfits. What do you guys think? How do you feel about bright accesories?

The Biker Coat

Good morning Everyone and happy Monday! Hope you had a wonderful weekend!

If there’s anything I’m loyal to in life, it must be warm, fluffy outerwear – a part of my daily uniform that gets me in the mood to go out and face the cold winter months. The biker teddy coat I’m wearing today manage to give any outfit an unexpected twist and edge and at the same time make you look cute and cozy.

I paired the coat with a Nordic  sweater and black mini skirt and decided to have some fun with my shoes. I love my new Lost Ink loafers because of the soft and light muffin bottom and the pretty bows. These are definitely winners for me! To complete the look and bring a pop of color, I went for bright lips and handbag.

I think streamlined & sleek, lacquered denim is the easiest way to add a luxe, polished touch to your wardrobe without sacrificing comfort. You can make your pair work appropriate by wearing them with a relaxed button up or a smart, tailored jacket. Add a structured pretty bag and a smart pair of heels for a look you can take from office to street.

Good morning Everyone and happy Thursday! How is your week going so far?

Accessories and clothing have equal significance in an outfit, working together to create an ensemble that expresses your style and who you are. For me, the winter cold is the perfect opportunity to finish my outfit off with a pretty red beret. I think the beret is a key accessory, a perfect little finishing touch. It will make a playful yet chic addition to daytime looks. My latest find is the Topshop beret I’m wearing in today’s post. I hope you like it.

The Long Plaid Coat

Good morning Everyone and happy Sunday! There’s no doubt that the worst of winter has arrived, bringing sub-zero temperatures and icy winds along with it but when I see snow I feel pure joy! Many of us have happy childhood memories of playing in the snow, so when we see those big, fluffy flakes twirling from the sky, these memories kick in and we feel  like a kid again.

I’m in love with this long plaid coat from the moment I saw it! Why? Because it looks rich and glamorous, refined and sophisticated. Something about a  long wool coat screams impeccable style. To get an effortless casual style, I am wearing the coat with jeans, a white sweater and gumboots (I think gumboots are not just practical – they’re also fashionable).  😉 Classic pumps will look great for a sophisticated style, and flats for a more masculine chic.

Last Day of the Year

My One Year Blog Anniversary

They say that time flies when you’re having fun, and I can’t agree more!

Starting my own blog was a big step out of my comfort zone. I have been reading some fashion blogs occasionally and wanted to create my own for years. I love fashion and styling from as far I can remember. However, I was very afraid to put myself out there! I was thinking of what my friends or family would think. But I had to do it, it felt like “now or never”. So I did it. And now, one year later, with lots of hard work with myself (and still working on it), I managed to liberate myself from this fear, and everything fell into place.

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since my first blog post, on December 24th 2015! So here I am, 98 posts (and outfits) later, on my one year blog anniversary!

P.S.: I want to inspire you to follow your dreams and to believe that you can achieve anything you want, no matter the assets you got in your hands right now.

If I can, you bet you can too!!

I wanted to say a quick hello and share a few new pictures from the last days.  

Personally, I love to wear oversized clothes, especially outerwear. I absolutely love this black and white  Zara oversized plaid coat! I think it’s worth investing in the oversized coat, as it can be paired with so many different looks. It completely transforms any outfit, remaining functional and ideal for cozying up during cold days of winter.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year once again!!! It only seems like yesterday when we went to France back in July (see the summer holiday posts here, here and here). I think we can all agree that this year really has flown by. But I absolutely  love it, now that it’s getting scarily close to Christmas. Anyone not started their Christmas shopping yet?!

I love online shopping because it saves my time and money! You can sit at home and purchase all of your presents, and then just collect them all when they are delivered.
