Good morning Everyone and happy sunny Wednesday! How is your week going so far?

To me, there’s nothing that says “summer” like the smell of tropical coconut . It automatically makes me think of tropic beaches with white sand and palms leaning above and reflecting in turquoise water where this magnificent fruit grows. So, whenever I’m missing the summer warmth it’s the warm scent of creamy coconut that immediately transports me to a sunny beach.
